Production MD Leader or Staff

1. You will be responsible for product development and overall production management, collaborating with the internal MD and R&D departments for the assigned products.
2. Specifically, you will be involved in considerations such as selecting the production factory, providing guidance on sewing techniques during production, exploring and procuring materials, negotiating conditions (quality, cost, delivery), and driving the production management of mass-produced items (quality, delivery).
3. As the volume of the handled products is quite large, there may be cases where you will be responsible for requesting facility investments from the partner factories, and in such cases, you may even delve into the factory's management plans to negotiate.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with experience in business operations on a global scale, including general trading companies, specialized trading companies, manufacturers, etc. (industry and business type are not specified).
2. Candidates who can communicate smoothly in English for business purposes (TOEIC score of 500 or higher).
3. High level of negotiation skills and communication abilities.

Desirable experience, skills, and abilities:

1. Experience in collaborating with textile designers in material development.
2. Development track record with overseas material factories.
3. Specialized knowledge and experience in materials.
