Responsibilities

E2E management of small and medium-sized products/services based on the organization's product strategy in the specialized field.
Create a roadmap based on the product strategy and support the development of small and medium-sized products and services.
Communicated with stakeholders to ensure the achievement of the business case and customer satisfaction goals.
Proposals and deliveries from in-house and global technical solutions according to internal demands.
Maturity level of technical solutions, analysis of necessary customizations in Japan, planning and implementation for implementation.

Requirements

5 years or more of product management experience.
3+ years of business consulting experience
3+ years of UX design experience
Ability to process incomplete and ambiguous information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
Communicate without fear of conflict with leadership to improve product quality.
Able to plan the optimal product strategy based on industry knowledge of business, technology, and UX.
Knowledge of software development cycle and project management methodology.
Have an understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and services.
Have an understanding of the components of system design and the ability to define functions that consider scalability.
Has the ability to support the development design team for the product scope of new projects.
