Responsibilities

Understand, represent, and communicate customer's pain points, needs, and perspectives. Listening to the concerns hidden in their ideas and figuring out the most effective way to address them
Responsible for making decisions that affect technology, UX, design, and product strategy. Collaborates and leads with the most knowledgeable colleague in all these areas simultaneously
Research and synthesize market requirements, market and technology trends along with a competitive analysis that feeds the product strategy & road maps
Work closely with other product managers to promote and drive common product road map and development strategies across the company's offerings

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Science or Computer Software-related domain Req
Experience interacting with customers, development, and consulting teams, vendor development teams, and local and remote resources Pref
Knowledge of Software Validation processes and requirements Pref
Working knowledge of clinical or regulatory processes, data, and content in the Life Sciences industry Pref
Critical to be a great listener who communicates obsessively with the customer.
Excellent leadership skills.
Comfort with business strategy & product feature prioritization
Cross-Functional is a must.
Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions & road maps
Ability to lead & communicate with diverse teams internal and external
Iterative prototyping skills for communicating ideas with users
Ability to influence change throughout the organization
