Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and testing from requirements definition of our CRM products and extension functions that utilize our own CRM package (Salesforce platform).
- In anticipation of the transition to the next-generation CRM, we will mainly design and develop an effective transition method after assessing the value to be provided to the client.
Requirements
[Mandatory]
- Salesforce development experience (3+ years)
- Salesforce requirements definition experience (more than 1 year)
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people
- English: Ability to read and write English emails and communicate in English (Basic level)
[Not mandatory, but desirable]
- Business knowledge of the medical industry (sales and marketing)
- Experience in designing and developing applications using n.NET and databases such as Oracle/SQL Server
- Experience in building systems based on cloud platforms such as AWS
- Agile development project management experience
- Offshore development management experience
- Experience in requirements definition and implementation related to system construction such as CRM and BI
