Responsibilities
- Provide services utilizing digital marketing for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Create a marketing automation use case for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Lead overall project management from upstream to downstream processes, from proposal activities to requirements definition, design, implementation, and launch after receiving an order.
- Promote CRM utilization using marketing automation
- Measure marketing automation effectiveness and continuously review use cases
Requirements
[Mandatory]
- Work experience in digital marketing (more than 3 years’ experience)
- Marketing automation work experience
- Practical experience in measuring and reviewing the effectiveness of marketing automation
- English: Ability to read and write English emails and communicate in English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
[Not mandatory, but desirable]
- Business knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (sales, marketing)
- Practical experience in hypothetical setting and effect measurement based on data analysis (more than 2 years of experience)
- Project management skills (3+ years’ experience)
- General knowledge and practical experience in project management, including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, personnel management, communication management,risk management, and procurement management
- High logical thinking ability and appropriate communication and negotiation skills with customers
- CRM, BI project experience
