Responsibilities


  1. Research, initiate, and manage high-level digital product programs across brands and categories ahead of and off seasonal timelines.
  2. Lead and manage the creation, evolution, and development of ‘ideas’ into consumer lead Digital concepts within each program.
  3. Provide coordination of projects within each Digital program to ensure the fruition of winning marketable solutions.
  4. SNS/WEB/CRM.
  5. Set up / support E-commerce.
  6. Implement and reinforce digital channel policies and standards.
  7. Achieve digital commerce development objectives, goals (revenue, market share of digital channels, brand awareness on digital commerce channels and etc…).
  8. Lead seasonal, monthly planning and execution on digital commerce channels (assortment, promotion, supply chain, customer services, and consumer care), and operation of the consumer support desk.
  9. In close partnership with other functional partners, to develop and lead consumer relationship management programs, such as and not limited to membership, loyalty program, e-newsletter, consumer survey, etc…
  10. Close alignment with operation partners (both internal and external), to update the web page of multi-brand in Japan, also enhance and encourage the purchase on the platform of e commence.
  11. Close alignment with operation partners (both external and internal), to update the web page and SNS development support (Facebook, Twitter, LINE etc) in Japan.

Requirements


1. 3+ years of creative product and/or service development in the area of digital censoring and interfacing solutions.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related services.
3. General IT / PC Skill, Excel, Word, Power point.
4. Experienced in Sporting Goods / Fashion / Retail is a plus.
5. Marketing, & product development expertise in the area of digital technology solutions and/or embedded electronics/censoring.
6. Strong instinct & understanding of consumer desire, behaviors, and purchasing habits.
7. Basic understanding of Outdoor consumer motivations.
8. Project leadership experience in an international business.
9. Design Software Skill is a plus (Illustrator, Photoshop).
10. Japanese, Native.
11. English, Business level
