Manager, System Analyst, Development and Operation

1. Maintenance and Operation of existing systems
2. Rollout of new local applications
3. Support localization of our headquarters applications.
4. Responsible for IT Governance (Security, Compliance, Audit, Technical Upgrade)

1. To acquire a deep understanding of DMS business processes and document it from the ease of IT resource understanding.
2.  Perform fit-gap analysis along with business and create required documentation.
3. Work with the regional team to share/understand the best DMS process practices.
4. Assist local project team with test case creation, test case execution, data migration, data quality analysis, etc.
5. Establish regular communication between business, partners, and local/central IT by preparing regular status updates on a budget ( on a need basis). service provisioning, projects, and Audit ( on a need basis).

1. University degree
2. 10+ years of total Industry experience.
3.  5 + years as System/business analyst ( preferably in the Automotive industry )
4. Working experience with any DMS system ( highly preferable )
5. Hands-on experience in creating documentation/artifacts related to process, test cases, etc. (mandatory)
6. Understand software development lifecycle ( AGILE methodologies preferred )
7. •Advanced level business English and native/business Japanese communication skill

1. • Excellent problem-solving/ conflict management skills along with good documentation, proposal, and communication skills. ( Mandatory )
2. • Experienced in answering audits (internal & external) and ISO certification (nice to have)
