A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer. The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Dealer Benchmark System (DBS) and DFS of dealers and provide the guidance for the improvement.
- Provide DBS data to Field Staff and company's Japan Finance.
- Update company's Group dealer uniform accounting standards in accordance with Japan Corporate Law and other related laws.
- Ensure all dealers nationwide submit Business Plan and Rolling Plan.
- Dealer Risk Management.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Financial Analyst.
- Experience at automobile dealers is preferable
- Experience that dealer's profit structure can be understood
- Through knowledge and experience of finance and accounting
- Knowledge of company's uniform accounting policy
- Knowledge of DMS system
- Financial and operation analysis of dealer ship
- Good Communication and Organizing Skills
- Good English and Japanese Communication Skills
- High MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
