Responsibilities

This position is a leadership position responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex product or a set of products within a product family in alignment with global products and platforms.
Manages a mid-size team of technology professionals.
This leadership position is responsible for thought leadership ensuring the product supports Japan’s overall strategy and goals.
Exceptional leadership with the ability to communicate the vision and goals of the product, product family, and offerings.
Drive strategy development, establish priorities and manage the roadmap using criteria and requirements defined for Japan.
Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Works closely with engagement teams, sales, marketing to meet the customer satisfaction goals.
Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
End to end responsible for ensuring that Client Technology integrates and fully supports the needs of sales, marketing, delivery, support and operations in Japan.
Enforce product governance structures and compliance activities to maintain regulatory compliance and enterprise standards.
Communicate feedback to the leadership team to improve and evolve the quality of products.
Cultivate and build relationships across business, technology teams and industry to gather intelligence and bring insight about the wider enterprise picture and enable the leveraging of emerging industry standards and approaches within the company.
Evangelize product management best practices and benefits of the same with business teams.
Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged.
