Responsibilities

The main tasks is to perform the QA as requested by the Global QA team using VBS scripts against Mercury for every deployments and changes that might impact Mercury functionality.

Perform other QA tests as a backup for the only one Japan QA tester for ESPM managed deployments.

1. Run the vbs scripts prepared beforehand against Mercury.

2. If any script fails need to review the script and interpret the failure and work closely with global QA engineers to solve the issue at hand or run the test manually.

3. Perform other QA tests for all other deployments and be the secondary tester for other deployments tests.

4. Support on escalations to Desktop Management L3 support.

5. Help creation of communication, knowledge, or any other required documentation.

7. Desktop L2/L3 experience

8. Windows 10 and desktop management

9. VBS coding

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Japanese

11. Detail oriented

12. Good communication and teamwork skill

13. Need to communicate issues on time
