Responsibilities


  1. Keep abreast of industry developments, driving continual improvements within team through effective change management.
  2. Provide support and guidance to technical project leads, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Responsible for continual personal and professional development for all team members.
  4. Ensure the entire team follows AMS design verification procedures and best practices that are required by internal guidelines as well as expected from any state-of-the-art technology leader in the industry.
  5. Any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager

Requirements


  1. Degree level qualification in Electronics engineering or a related discipline typically required.
  2. At least 10 years of experience design verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits and a minimum of 5 years managing a team of verification engineers
  3. Strong fundamentals in analog/mixed signal circuit concepts/topologies.
  4. Working knowledge in RNM coding in SystemVerilog.
  5. Experience working with Cadence mixed signal verification environment.
  6. Ability to read analog schematics and extract related main functionality.
  7. Experience in modeling Analog/Mixed signal blocks including biasing networks, power regulators, bandgaps, OpAmps, OTA’s, comparators, Data Converters, Mixers, multiplexers, Switches, etc
  8. Experience modeling power converters is desired.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  10. In depth knowledge of organizational objectives, including business trends and market awareness
  11. Strives for continual improvement in all aspects or work including policies and methodology
  12. Mentor direct reports and review technical and individual performance regularly
  13. Collaborating with Senior leadership to develop team objectives in accordance with wider company strategy
  14. Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
  15. Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
  16. Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
  17. Excellent command of verbal and written English
  18. Ability to propose innovative solutions
  19. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with high level knowledge & expertise in conflict management
  20. Good supervisory skill.
