One of the largest German automotive financiers providing leasing, finance, and insurance products for the needs of vehicle and motorcycle owners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans of insurance, credit card, corporate sales and mobility services.
- Steering each business, aligning with the internal and external stake holders.
- Develop, implement the business plans of insurance / credit card / corporate sales / mobility services and enhance these products in accordance with the business strategy.
- Promote corporate sales business, aligning with BMW Japan corporate sales team.
- Support to introduce, operate and grow rental car business of dealers.
- Create and promote integrated offer by bundling / packaging to increase Retail Finance sales opportunities.
- Responsible for the achievement of insurance / credit card / corporate sales business targets and build strong network.
- Select insurance / credit card providers (within our guideline) and set up detailed agreements with providers.
- Manage tender processes of insurance contracts and insurance / credit card / mobility service vendors and the daily operation business with the brokers / providers.
- Monitor qualitative and quantitative cooperation results of the brokers / providers as well as check the market regulations of each business.
- Set targets for each business with specific KPIs and business development projects.
- Develop, implement, maintain and improve sales processes through IT systems for enhancement.
- Define / plan marketing, communication and campaign requirements for sales force / dealer incentives, bonus schemes and customers.
- Monitor and steer dealer and sales force performance.
- Assess dealer training potential and develop trainings.
Requirements

University degree, preferable in business administration, finance or/and management.

Insurance / credit card experience with good product knowledge and affinity.

Experience in the automotive and / or financial industry (sales) would be beneficial.

Experience preferably within a multinational company.

Ability to create, evaluate and implement business plans

Understanding of market research principles and practices

Strong customer orientation and understanding of the needs of customers in a prestige environment

Well-developed mathematical, analytical and research skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent both in English / Japanese
