Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR/CoE (headquarters functions), HRBP, and Operations to promote HR strategies globally
- Promote the implementation and permeation of various personnel measures to the departments in charge
- Communicate with the executives of the department in charge and provide strategic solutions to department-specific organizational and personnel issues
- Stakeholders: Management, executives in charge of departments in charge, VPs, employees
- Report to: Head of Human Resources (English speaker living in the UK) and Senior Director of Human Resources (Japanese)
Requirements
- More than 10 years of practical experience as an HR generalist or HRBP
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to solve complex employee-related issues quickly, smartly, and autonomously (Especially the ability to communicate in English with foreign executives)
- Ability to inspire, motivate, influence and work collaboratively with other HR teams across the organization
- HRBP experience in a global organization
- Experience in planning and promoting various personnel systems
