Responsibilities
As the Product Manager, you work closely with the senior leadership of the company's Japan member firms and maintain a solid understanding of the target customers/users’ challenges, develops vision, plans and roadmap to address with the set of digital solutions, along with managing continuous innovation cycle.
For this, you will rely on collaboration with the Technology and Experience leads by owning the product backlog and prioritization. You speak both business and technology delivery fluently, ensure you act as the center of everything the team delivers. This means you work closely with key stakeholders in bringing them into the process.
Requirements

More than 5 years of project experience / More than 3 years of project leader experience

Experience in planning and developing new products and/or new feature from scratch (leadership experience is a plus)

Define product vision, road-map and lead defining and monitorin KPI
-
Manage product across product lifecycle, from planning, launch, to improvement process after launch of the product

Experience with buiding service launch planning both external and internal market (Go-To-Market planning and execution)

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and other project management related work

Presentation experience in both Japanese and English:

Documentation and slide writing skills in both languages

Ability to explain logically and clearly

Ability to negotiate

Ability to explain technical contexts to non-technical stakeholders

Logical thinking, structured communication

Understand various frameworks and able to apply them

Basic knowledge in Audit, accounting, finance,system engineering (experience with system proposal, implemenation, support is a plus) and Consulting (DX projects, IT implementation, etc)

Hands-on experience in managing Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective), using JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for product management

Working with highly diverse cross-functional cross-cultural team (leadership experience is a plus)

Working in the software development teams

Native Japanese level (N1 degree or more)
