You are in charge of analyzing and visualizing market, competitor, internal data and proposing action plans in collaboration with respective departments to achieve overall Financial service Business targets (New Car/ Used Car Penetration rates, New Business volume, Insurance penetration, Credit card, Self-Sourced Business/Loyalty targets, etc…)
- Provide in-depth analysis of market and competitor trends, identifying risks and opportunities for the sale of Financial Services products.
- Analyze our Financial Services portfolio in order to develop sales and tactical campaigns with the Sales department of the company.
- Analyze Financial Services tactical and retention programs and campaigns completed/in progress to review and measure impact, propose measures to improve performance.
- Identify and define sales trends for regional and dealers using appropriate indicators and reports, recommend improvements as required to reach max potential.
- Generate ideas for conquest/ tactical campaigns, gathering relevant information from Area Managers, Retailers, NSC, in collaboration with the sales planning team.
- Review current reporting with Business Intelligence/ Data Management Tools (right now mainly excel, very few reports in Tableau) with a view to delivering robust and easy to use data and visualization for daily use within the department, and avoiding manual work


- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think and connect the dots, ask the right questions.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of data visualization, data analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and act as team player.
- Business English and above.
