Responsibilities

1. Define a one-year and long-term strategy for defining and driving retail productivity.

2. Systematically identify, prioritise and scale new invention projects that can delight customers, suppliers and internal teams.

3. Develop analytics and insights with data science and intelligence team to track, optimise productivity gains.

4. Drive business reviews of portfolio performance for scaling projects.

5. Identify and implement feedback loops between buyers, supply chain and technical teams to stay nimble and co-create.

6. Develop relationships and processes with offshoring team, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of program management experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex, and globally scalable initiatives with company-wide impact.

2. 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional product, technical, business teams in driving impact across multiple geographies.

3. Ability to build high-level program strategy and measurable goals, break down into actionable parts with proper accountable owners, and drive end-to-end execution on tight timelines.

4. Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build & manage strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership to drive alignment, key decisions, and results.

5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Possess excellent judgement and strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a data-driven analytical approach.

6. Native or Business level (JPLT Level 1) Japanese and English
