Responsibilities


  1. Manage client goals, expectations, and timelines, and give instructions to internal members.
  2. Help clients develop media KPIs and strategies.
  3. Lead internal / external members to develop effective strategies and executions.•
  4. Regarding digital, we propose solutions using the company's original planning tools.
  5. Manage project budgets and processes.
  6. Clarify possible risks to the project and prepare countermeasures.
  7. Understand the scope of stuffing.
  8. Lead / manage communication with clients.
  9. Support / direct the work of junior employees on the team.
  10. Improve and maintain team quality.

Requirements


  1. University graduate or above• Word / Excel / PowerPoint available
  2. Media planning experience (2 years or more)
  3. Passionate about advertising and high communication skills
  4. Have high problem-solving ability and think creatively
  5. Accept colleagues from different backgrounds
  6. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  7. Pay attention to details, be able to do things systematically, and be enthusiastic about your work
  8. Business level English
