Responsibilities
1. Manage client relationships and end-to-end project delivery of large scale digital transformation projects.
2. Coordinate/work as a presales engineer to provide clients with quotes and estimates for projects.
3. Manage implementation projects with Solutions Architects, Technical Architects and more.
4. Ensure customer success through coordinated training efforts along with CSM and TAM.
Requirements
1. Over 6 years of consulting service delivery experience, including team leadership and active involvement in professional service sales.
2. Over 3 years of pre-sales and experience in estimating large and complex implementation projects.
3. Over 3 years of experience in enterprise-level project or program management
4. Technical and / or functional aptitude and the ability to engage in presales activities in collaboration with architects or discipline members
