Responsibilities
Seeking an Account Manager/Relationship Manager program manager to work with clients and internal business partners to gather program requirements; coordinate to ensure that implementation of our services meet client expectations. In addition, collaborate with Business Development Manager to ensure client satisfaction and successful renewal of contracts.
Requirements
1. Experience in a similar job such as Customer / Client Success Management, Account / Relationship Management or Project Management.
2. Native Japanese speaker with advanced English proficiency.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
4. Leadership to manage cross functional internal teams (efficient negotiation, listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business relationships).
