Responsibilities


  1. Create customer journeys, user personas, and draft messaging for targets.
  2. Draft and manage the progress of digital-physical mixed marketing measures based on the customer’s high-level business strategy.
  3. Create KPI Trees, set goals for each KPI numerical value, and propose and manage numerical tracking methods.
  4. Logical thinking ability.
  5. Qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  6. Communication skills.

Requirements


  1. Product / actual service experience in creative business.
  2. Practical experience of design thinking in prototyping and strategy formulation.
  3. High communication ability that can bring out the true intention even in user interviews.
  4. Deep understanding of Market Trend and the ability to utilize it to find unique cases
  5. Teamwork, collaboration, and high communication skills that involve both inside and outside the company.
