Responsibilities
- Business / IT reform overall plan formulation support BPR Planning, systematization basic plan drafting
- Business reform support
- Business Process Analysis / Design (high-level business requirement definition)
- BPR Implementations / Training (business reform execution support, development, education)
- Support for introduction of core business systems
- High-level system requirement definition
- Design / development management (Development PMO)
- Design / development execution support (in cooperation with vendors, PwC is also involved in implementation)
- Post Go-Live support (consolidation of business / IT reforms and measurement / creation of introduction effects )
- Post-operation stabilization support, PDCFA cycle management / execution support (KPI setting and effect creation support)
- Large-scale project management support
- Central PMO, Program Management Office, offshore development management support, multi-vendor management
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of working experience
2. Passion to build a career around ERP solutions
3. System introduction project
4. Any experience from planning concept, requirement definition to cutover in system introduction
5. Cloud Product experience
6. Business level English skills
