職務内容

1. Japan External Reporting is responsible to prepare the financials and notes information under IFRS and file disclosure. materials such as Securities Report or TSE (Tokyo Stock Exchange) Report. We also support to prepare materials required from SEC as the company is listed in the U.S.

2. Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements and notes in accordance with IFRS and be audited.

3. Filing of Securities Report/TSE Report managing necessary internal procedures.

4. Communication/alignment with related departments such as IR, Treasury, Tax, Legal.

5. Translation of disclosure materials and support 20-F.

6. Arrangement of Group Audit and support Local Entities.
