Manufacturing Industry Consultant

1. You will work as a Consultant specializing in the proposal and service provision of consulting services to clients in the manufacturing industry.
2. All domestic and foreign manufacturing industries (cars and parts, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural machines, construction machines, etc.)
3. Based on industry knowledge, project experience,  global network, and relationships with clients, we offer a variety of solutions from strategy development and lead to establishment of reform measures, and various managements that clients have.
4. Contribute to the solution of the problem.
5. We support from strategy formulation to execution of measures and establishment on a global scale.

1. Consulting business experience in the following areas for manufacturing companies

• Strategy: Business reform, overseas expansion strategy, global SCM strategy, business integration
• Business: SCM, PLM, production technology / production management, design / development, sales, purchasing, accounting / business management
• System: Implementation of ERP system such as SAP (sales, purchasing, accounting domain), CRM implementation (Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle), business reform using IoT / AI / RPA
• Project management, etc.: PMO of large-scale system introduction project, global project (market research, system introduction, business improvement, etc.)

2. Experience and knowledge of the following operations in the manufacturing industry

• Design and development work
• Procurement, production, logistics
• Quality control work
• Marketing work
• Starting production and sales bases in emerging countries
• Industry knowledge such as car, parts maker, heavy industry
