Business Partner Collaboration Consultant

The position is responsible for finding and sending people who can be active in the company's partner companies and provide them with better consulting services.

It is necessary to deliver speedy and accurate human resources to the field while communicating with in-house Job Managers, Job Partners, management of external partner companies, sales representatives, candidates to be introduced to the field, and many other related parties.

1. Screening and matching of proposed candidate
2. Coordination with Job Manager / Subcontractor (Introduction of candidates, interviews, condition negotiations, etc.)
3. Collecting information about the project currently being requested
4. Collecting information on projects with indication that the requests are coming up in the future and projects being proposed
5. Subcontractor relationship maintenance / improvement, new development
