Responsibilities


 

  1. Overseas in M & A, new business development including overseas expansion, business structure change, complex structure including large scale transformation such as organizational structure, business process, human resource structure, information system accompanying these.
  2. Work with members in the domain and promote projects and proposal activities by cross-border and cross-solution (strategy, accounting, human resources, SCM, CRM, technology).
  3. Overseas market trend analysis, M & A strategy formulation, business operational DD, cost analysis for business separation, design of TOM (Target Operating Model), management of integrated office (IMO) in cooperation with each team of PwC domestic and foreign office.
  4. Support sales / cost synergy analysis / planning planning, synergy tracking, integrated organization / human resource design, IT overall concept planning after integration / IT integration execution, corporate transformation after M & A, BPR, etc.

Requirements


  1. 3+ years of experience in a consulting and advisory firm
  2. (A plus if one has experience in strategy formulation, DD, PMI, etc. for trading companies)
  3. Experience of services for trading companies in operating companies
  4. Experience in business planning, sales planning, financial planning, etc.
  5. Cross-border business experience< Required skills >
  6. Basic business consulting skills
  7. Problem solving and logical thinking abilities
  8. Communication skills
  9. English language: level at which tasks that need English can be carried out
