Work with members in the domain and promote projects and proposal activities by cross-border and cross-solution (strategy, accounting, human resources, SCM, CRM, technology).

Overseas market trend analysis, M & A strategy formulation, business operational DD, cost analysis for business separation, design of TOM (Target Operating Model), management of integrated office (IMO) in cooperation with each team of PwC domestic and foreign office.

Support sales / cost synergy analysis / planning planning, synergy tracking, integrated organization / human resource design, IT overall concept planning after integration / IT integration execution, corporate transformation after M & A, BPR, etc.
