職務内容
1.業界トレンド、事業トレンド把握、サービストレンド把握
2.市場や競争環境・利用者動向など、定量データの把握・分析
3.生活者理解、テクノロジートレンド理解、ビジネス環境の将来動向理解に基づくインサイト抽出
4.エスノグラフィー調査・デプスインタビューの設計と推進
5.社内外における、ブレインストーミング、ワークショップや各種イベントにおけるファシリテーション
6.革新的なサービス・デザインのコンセプト策定
7.社内外のデザイナーやイラストレーター達との協業によるエクスペリエンスの設計
求める人材
必須要件
1.クリエイティブ・デザインシンキングについての理解・経験
2.サービスデザインの経験（ビジョン/コンセプト策定, 新規事業/サービスの企画・立上げ, デジタルサービスの企画・立上げ）
望ましい経験・スキル
下記いずれか該当する経験をお持ちの方。
1.デザイン工学の理解
2.サービスデザインの経験（ビジョン/コンセプト策定, 新規事業/サービスの企画・立上げ, Web/Mobileサービスの企画・立上げ）
3.クリエイティブ・デザインシンキングについての理解・経験
4.ビジョン・ステートメント、Future Vision、ロードマップ、Product evolution mapping の知識および業務経験
5.新規ビジネス策定経験
6.デザインコンサルティング先進事例に関する理解と知見
7.テクノロジー・トレンドや世の中/生活者トレンドに対する、高い感度と洞察力
8.プロアクティブなコミュニケーション力
