Responsibilities
1. Lead marketing campaigns and innovation for membership program in order to support the marketing objectives of the business (member acquisition, engagement, member retention, brand loyalty, and benefit awareness).
2. Own the end to end on-site experience for membership program.
3. Support the planning and execution of the site merchandising calendars.
4. Work cross-functionally across the entire organization.

Requirements
1. Must have native level Japanese and business level English skills
2. Technical ability in using HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly.
3. Digital Marketing experience.
4. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
