Responsibilities
 IT Project Management
1. To promote PGMO / PMO
business transformation (integrated business / system reform), work from the client's standpoint to ensure the implementation of the reform strategy in the system design and development phase. Management of products, delivery vendors, etc. on the reform side, system / technology side, and delivery method side will maximize the value of the project. Specifically, we support project management of progress, issues, risks, changes, etc. for projects or programs consisting of multiple projects.

2. Change management
We support client process reform and improvement (BPR). In addition, we support the formulation and execution of education and training plans for the spread and establishment of new business processes.

3. IT procurement support
Supports the formulation and execution of IT procurement processes such as RFI / RFP / SLA. We also support the evaluation of proposals from vendor candidates.
SPECIFIC PROJECTS CONTENT
1. Support for procurement of ITP for company-wide IT platform procurement
2. Support for RFP creation for consideration of business reform / improvement and selection of system introduction vendors in accordance with core system renovation
3. Program and project management support role in core system renewal program

Requirements
 MANAGERS AND ABOVE
1. Highly specialized in the IT field and responsible for the projects in charge.
2. Will be responsible for project schedules, personnel, budget, deliverables, scope management, and proposal activities for ordering new projects by customers.
SENIOR CONSULTANTS AND CONSULTANTS
1. As PPM’s responsibility is to make proposals to clients or control activities for system development vendors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory requirements
1. Consulting firms, SI vendors, or business company information systems department with more than 15 years of practical experience or equivalent experience
2. Logical thinking ability, problem solving ability
3. Japanese: Business level or Higher
4. English: Business level
5. Presentation skills for management (including preparation of presentation materials)
6. Project management work experience
7. Evaluation of projects consisting of more than 10 people
8. IT qualifications (PMP, IT coordinator, information security specialist, CISA, etc.)
