Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Japan Alliance program.
2. Redefine local Alliance Strategy in Japan align with the Global Alliance Strategy.
3. Collaborate with Global Alliance Teams such as Microsoft, IBM, Google, AWS, Oracle, Workday, Ui-Path, Automation Anywhere, etc. to advance each vendor's alliance in Japan with the lead of each alliance team.
4. Tier1 Alliance Program Responsible for 2 to 3 of the programs

5. Increase the pipeline to existing practices and increase profits as the main KPIs, aiming to expand the customer base and expand service offerings through alliances.

6. Deploy alliance partner solutions to Japanese practices based on global examples.
7. Share information among alliance programs, define common approaches and educate previous case teams on subsequent teams.
8. Develop and execute alliance strategies / annual plans.
9. Create and execute alliance budgets

Requirements
1. Cross-border business experience (experience abroad or studying abroad +)

2. Presentation ability (requires session lead for sessions where client seniors are present)

3. Ability to build relationships with CXOs of major Japanese clients
4. Big4 understanding of firm business

5. Technology and data experience and literacy. Among them, understanding of Cloud Transformation, Data, AI, Blockchain, Cyber, which is the center of the solution, and understanding ability to apply them to the solution are essential.

6. Network construction ability outside the company
7. Japanese skill: Speak fluently Ability or native level (reading and writing skills required)
• English skills: Business or higher level
8. 5 + years of experience in advisory and alliance program

9. Capability to lead to develop a business plan
