1. Develop and execute customer-led growth strategy for use of the Advertising DSP at a holding company level
2. Own relationships with senior agency personnel that are decision makers and influencers of programmatic buying at the holding company level
3. Align with Agency Development teams to own strategic programmatic conversations in regards to contract and upfront negotiations
4. Deeply understand core value proposition in order to effectively articulate that value to all levels of clients
5. Listen intently to client feedback on business alignment and usability of the DSP, organize and share that feedback with product, and collaborate with Product Management to drive scalable changes through to completion
1. +5 Years of experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development roles at a digital media or advertising technology company
2. Deep understanding of advertising agencies and existing relationships with key agency decision makers
3. Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
4. Experience working in Programmatic and eCommerce (preferred)
5. Japanese a must
