1. Create sales and media plans.
2. Consult with advertisers and internal e-commerce teams to determine KPIs for advertising campaigns.
3. Operate advertising campaigns.
4. Analyze campaign performance data and continue optimizing.
5. Work with the operations team to improve tools and operational flows.
6. Conduct regular business reviews of advertisers with e-commerce team and advertising sales team.
7. Collaborate with the product manager at product release to formulate a campaign process.
8. Work with the marketing team to set up and run a test campaign. I find it attractive to be able to plan advertisements together with data that we usually do not have, such as the voices and sales performance of employees working in this position, and to be involved in the platform in the growth process.)
