To deliver exceptional relationship management and client support (approx. 70% of time)
1. Provide accurate renewal forecasts
2. Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
3. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
4. Meets assigned targets for sales renewals
5. Client Engagement and Training (approx. 20% of time)
6. Create and maintain accurate records of training provided to clients
7. Proactively identify client training requirements
8.Ensure that decision makers receive quarterly touchpoints
9.Ensure end users know how to access the latest versions of Accuity subscription.
10.Play a proactive role in regional events and campaigns, ensuring that clients within assigned accounts are kept informed on relevant events
