1. Provide the country relevant input to APAC BA at commercial input timing
2. Create the local brand marketing plan and calendar based on input from APAC BA / BUs and
country commercial needs
3. Manage the execution of the local brand marketing plan by the brand communication category
4. Create local content (brief and production) in alignment with the APAC BA / BUs and get approval
from global BU if necessary
5. Provide inputs to the brief and production of category relevant activation led by other C/C BA
6. Define the annual Brand Marketing Planner, allocating MWB by category and campaign and
getting sign-off from APAC BA / BUs
7. Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools
8. Support the Tokyo Key City Activation Manager and collaborate with the Omni-Channel Marketing Team on key trade zone attacks


 1. High degree of knowledge in the field of purchasing with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)
2. Experience in running complex, cross-functional processes effectively
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Desire and ability to work closely and influentially with other members of senior Finance leadership team at Country / Cluster and Regional / Global level
5. Strategic thinking on non-trade purchase directions and good command of new trends and needs of evolving industry
6. Fluent English
