Responsibilities
Job Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate with sales team and perform sales calls with clients.
2.Act as an Account Manager with current clients.
3. Conduct Business Development by creating new clients.
4. To achieve sales of the Company’s products through an assigned group of retail outlets and commercial houses.
5. To ensure that set volume targets are achieved within prescribed time limits and contribute to total area achievement.
6. To achieve the greatest possible return to the company from the use of promotional funds and to deploy display material and point of sales aids to generate the greatest impact on the customer.
7. To evaluate and report all changed situations, trade and competitive activity to ensure Company maintains market awareness.
8. To enhance relationships with all colleagues in assigned outlets and commercial houses and to motivate them in all matters affecting the Company’s business.
9.To complete administration accurately and effectively.


Qualifications/Experience:
1.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development,
2.Native/Fluent: Japanese
3.Fluent: English
4. Experience of driving revenue generation in both corporate and leisure markets
5.Have management experience at a junior level, and be prepared to act on their own initiative.
6. Have a pleasant, outgoing personality and good inter-personal skills.
7.Should possess a valid local driving license.
8.Good knowledge of the local travel markets.
9.Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications.
