Responsibilities
1. Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients
2. Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
3. Transition new clients into the company seamlessly and create consistent delivery process across all clients
5. Understand client business goals and translate into execution plans
6. Conduct quarterly business reviews and check in points with key clients
7. Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
8. Drive value and in turn upsell opportunities into existing client base
9. Develop best practices and process strategies across teams
10. Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully leverage service to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals

Requirements
1. Digital marketing experience
2. 5+ years of proven success managing client relationships in digital/SaaS technology or consulting experience in high-tech or advertising/marketing environment
3. Strong drive to make clients successful
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
6. Previous commercial experience within the SaaS sector will be plus
7. Deep expertise in data analytics will be plus
