1. P: Plan Campaigns
Plan campaign categories, A/B testing, segmentations, and release schedules.
2. D: Create & Send Out Campaigns
Coordinating with the Contents Writer and Designer, plan, create, edit,
and publish in-app notifications based on the plans. Coordinate with the Product Team,IT, Management, and external clients throughout the creation and approval processes.
Manage send-out operations using in-house systems and confirming the successful releases for each segmented group.
3. C: Measure Results
•Coordinating with the Data Scientist, analyze the results and verify the hypotheses, and lay out the findings which directly influence the improvements of the engagement rates and develop persona identifications.
•Make recommendations for the changes of channels, categories, methods, schedules, persona segmentations, and personalization of the contents based on the data analyzed.
•Track and report on KPIs.
•Compare multiple carriers and find Japan trend and improvement opportunities.
•Suggest new functionalities and define requirements for the in-house systems to enable new segmentations and personalization.
•Recommend new APIs to enable send-outs by new persona segmentations and personalization.
4. A: Design & Modify Customer Journey
•Design and adjust new & existing customer journey mapping based on the findings.
•Based on the persona segmentations, generate ideas on how to and when to better engage customers throughout the lifecycle.
1. Consumer facing product/service experience.
2. on what customer behavior the candidate wants to learn from each notification and how to analyze it.
3. Good sense about mobile technology. Not required to have an engineering background,
4. Should have interest in understanding the latest/popular technology around mobile devices, IoT etc.
5. The candidate needs to have a good UI/UX sense. Not required to design UI (as it is done by the Designer)
6. Marketing background is a plus. Experiences in customer segmentation, persona identification,customer acquisition, customer retention, etc. is a plus.
7. Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills; ability to influence internal colleagues from all business functions.
