1. Helps deliver the sales revenue target for the Japan market by taking ownership of day-to-day tasks in maintaining client and media agency relationships.
2. Is able to understand creative and content marketing solutions, which suit our clients’ needs, and include them as integral part of sales pitches.
3. Helps manage sales opportunities and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to secure business - an identified client list will be provided for direct interaction and engagement between the Account Executive and clients.
4. Works closely with the Account Director to stay on top of various account management tasks such as producing contact reports, updating project details in our project management tools, being the point of contact for clients and agencies to handle inquiries and keeping track of live project progress.
5. Collaborates with Editorial to develop new sponsorship opportunities.
6. Works closely with internal team in executing content-led ad sales deals

1. 1-2 years in media sales
2. TV/Digital Sales experience preferred
3. Experience in selling international media (TV, digital) in Japan – a strong plus
4. Working with client / agency organisations
5. Successful track record of assisting in achieving sales targets and growing market share in a stiff competitive environment
