1. Meeting local architects and interior designers and whereby have our carpets, rugs and hard-surface products specified for commercial projects.
2. By having the right product specified for the right project. Win projects to meet your annual sales target.
3. Build relationship with designers and market stakeholders. 
4. In collaboration with our local dealers, manage local sales and product training activities both at designers, owners and end-users’ facilities.
5. Be responsible for the performance and development of our local dealers’ sales activities.
6. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing sales plans.
7. Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
8. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
9. Maintains accurate records of pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by our dealers.
10. Use SFDC to track, document and measure your sales activities.
11. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
12. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that hey are communicated and implemented within the team.



1. Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in sales.
2. Preferable knowledge from the interior or building industry.
3. Experience with dealer network and Architect & Designers.
4. Experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
6. Business English in speaking and writing.
