Seeking a Customer Experience Management Specialist who will be assigned as a specialist in Corporate Planning Division who will be mainly responsible for making client strategy, enhancing corporate management with various stakeholders and driving internal projects.
This person will work very closely with the head of other divisions and product teams craft a client strategy, understanding the existing dynamics of our involvement in our strategic products and assessing all new opportunities.

1. Ability to conduct high level analysis involving complex business requirements and processes involving multiple stakeholders and recommend solutions aligned to the overall company strategy.
2. Ability to produce technical and business documentation for process improvements, systems enhancements and development activities.
3. Excellent PC Skills (Software: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
4. Language: Japanese - Native Level, English ability - Preferred
5. Experience of Project Management, Consulting services or Corporate Planning a strong plus.
5. Extensive knowledge of re-engineering and change management concepts.
