1. Ensure we have the right creative, positioning and messaging in place across multiple channels
2. Develop sales and promotional programs which allow us to achieve our business objectives
3. Be the "voice of the Japanese customer" and influence the global product roadmap from a Japanese perspective
4. Tightly monitor all aspects of your P&L and report to senior leadership on Japanese and global level
5. Hire, manage and develop a team of talented professionals



1. 7+ years of relevant work experience in consumer product marketing or product management role
2. Bachelor degree
3. Must be able to communicate complex business concepts in verbal and written form in Japanese and English
4. Superior analytical skills and business judgment. Demonstrated ability in simplifying complex problems and articulating a clear path forward through the use of data
5. Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
6. Proven ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities
7. Experience hiring and managing a high functioning team
