1. Team management, leading strategy planning, execution and analysis of online marketing initiatives for driving the acquisition of new merchants through online registration (Self Service Registration) and the performance of these merchants.
2. Automation, creating a mechanism and streamlining marketing initiatives.
3. Reporting, marketing analysis and data extraction from a data warehouse.
4. Hiring, team development and training.

1. Deep knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies.
2. Strong skills to coordinate projects with global teams.
3. 5+ years of online marketing experience.
4. 2+ years of team management.
5. Strong communication and writing skills in Japanese and English.
6. Strong communication skills to communicate with merchants and internal teams.
7. Strong data analytical skills using database tools and MS Excel (formulas and pivot tables), and ability to provide fact-base recommendations.
8. Experience working with, and communicating effectively with engineering teams.
9. Basic understanding of HTML and SQL.
