Responsibilities
 1. Technically validate and thoroughly scope a variety of different customer experiences, providing in depth functional requirements and timelines, aligned with creative, technical, legal teams, testing teams, etc.
2. Project manage complex campaigns from the conceptual phase to go live, utilizing various project management methodologies to ensure success
3. Constantly develop and drive new advertising product innovations that are outside of our standard product card by engaging with customers, creative teams and DE management to deliver unique solutions for our strategic advertising partners
4. Manage ad hoc requests for new advertising concepts that can be delivered rapidly in a quickly and thoroughly manner
5. Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit.
6. Develop overall solution plans that meet operational requirements, project manage the execution of custom advertising solutions and ensure that stakeholders have all the inputs required.

Requirements
1. Several years of experience in Product Management and Project Management ideally within advertising, e-commerce or the digital space
2. Technical proficency of frontend and backend components in an online environment
3. Proven track record of building and delivering strong end-to-end concept propositions that are thoughtfully scoped for flawless execution
4. Passionate about advertising and with experience in creating compelling solutions which work both for end-users and advertisers
5. Strong communication skills (in English) are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally and experience partnering with a world-wide sales organization
6. Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with development roles and designers
7. Fluency in Japanese and English
