1. Own critical metrics and contribute to senior level goals to acquire new users of Sponsored Ads products
2. Be an analytical expert in understanding advertisers in a variety of aspects such as advertising objectives, type of business/product, type of organization, strategy on ecommerce, literacy on online marketing, and pain points in optimizing advertising campaigns.
3. Be bias for action and roll up sleeves to put hands-on to real and raw information of advertisers in Japan by conducting surveys, interviews, social listening, data analytics, and sampling research by phone/email.
4. Lead initiatives based on marketing insights by working with many stakeholders worldwide.
5. Write narratives on marketing insights and share internally with stakeholders. Extracting insights from survey, research, and data analysis should result in actionable strategy. Be familiar with marketing channels and operations that the related teams are conducting and propose specific actions to address opportunities in the market segment both for long-term and short-term solution.
6. Create mechanism to continuously identify market segment opportunity and changes.

1. Bachelor degree and proven work experience in marketing.

3. 8+ years’ work experience in similar business, such as advertising, online marketing,
4. Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
5. Analytical skills in EXCEL or related statistical tools and high attention to details.
6. Multiple project management skills with capability to manage his/her time, and multiple
priorities simultaneously.
7. Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others.
8. Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
