1. Deliver revenue growth within named Strategic Accounts through value-based selling.
2. Working collaboratively within the SAM team ensuring that self and colleagues are committed to be a high-performance sales organisation that will differentiate ICIS via commercial excellence to capture market share and deliver customer value
3. Deliver against business and team objectives by role modelling world class behaviours and hold’s self and others to account
4. Deployment of wider ICIS resource into areas of best impact to execute on market strategy in particular ensuring that supporting resources are effectively engaged to provide deep customer understanding
5. Increase both customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, mission impact, loyalty, innovation and revenue.
6. Develop a deep understanding of customer workflow, market trends, competitive activity, opportunity and threats

1. Significant experience in commercial execution, not necessarily in the PRA or petchem/energy markets
2. A strong track record of driving growth in to exceed financial and other business objectives in complex customer organisations
3. Experienced in working cross-functionally to create high performance organisations
4. Well versed in creating and developing sales strategies to maximise go-to-market resource and execute against market opportunity
5. Extensive experience of C level commercial negotiations
6. Passionate about a world-class customer experience
7. Proven track record of leading teams in value based, customer-centric buying methodologies and exceeding objectives and financial goals
8. Proven at identifying, hiring and developing high performing talent and managing under performance
9. Champion diversity and representation across as well as leading proactive succession planning and talent management to improve customer outcomes
10. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form and ability to collaborate, influence and manage remotely to work with other business functions and geographies
11. Ensure best practice and sales governance and adherence of self and team to all relevant policies and procedures
12. Curious about everything, willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo in order to provide better customer, employee and business outcomes
13. Driven, passionate, motivated individual
