1. Meet or exceed monthly team revenue quotas and complete associated revenue generation activities
2. Continuously track and improve the efficiency and experience of the sales process
3. Work with lead gen and marketing to develop our B2B marketing strategy and execution
4. Excel in hands-on training, coaching and development of your sales team
5. Recruit, interview and hire prospective sales team members
6. Develop a high-performing team culture
1. At least 1 years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS or digital ads company
2. Experience with inbound / inside sales, bonus if exposure to B2B marketing
3. Deep understanding of SaaS products
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate a sales team
5. Demonstrated ability to optimize process for efficiency
6. Skilled at managing sales activity and analyzing metrics to deliver on sales plans
7. Proficient in Salesforce CRM
8. A Bachelor's degree
9. Native Japanese and Business level English
