1. Development of annual marketing plan and therapy specific marketing strategies
2. Create market introduction plans and present to management team to secure investment and resources for product launches
3. Work in collaboration with Japan and Global team to prioritize and execute product portfolio for Japan
3. Create and implement product portfolio pricing strategies and policies
4. KOL development and management
5. Develop and implement digital marketing programs to enhance reach and demand generation
6. Assists with lead generation collection/follow-up from tradeshows, workshops, training courses, preceptorships, web leads, etc. Provides leads to sales team and tracks activity
7. To execute marketing programs working in close collaboration with Compliance on approvals and consulting forms
8. Obtains customer feedback to help develop product rollout materials (surgeon brochures, tech guides, product overviews, white papers, launch letters, product info on website, success stories, etc.)
9. Drive marketing programs including conferences, webinars, white papers, email communications, and advertising to further develop the company brand


1. Experience in medical device industry (Orthopedics / Spine preferred)
2. Fluent in both Japanese and English
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
4. Strong creative thinking and analytical skills
5. Development and execution of email campaigns/communications to specific market segments
6. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
7. Strong working knowledge of MS Office platform
8. Excellent verbal and written communications
