1. Manage a sales team of 5 or more account managers handling accounts overseas and domestically with a heavy focus on China.
2. Create strategy to drive sales domestically of managed accounts on platform thorough promotion, business planning, and consultation.
3. Develop plan to acquire new oversea seller accounts.
3. Increase selection of managed seller products on platform.
4. Drive sales of company provided services to sellers.
5. Improve customer and seller experience.
6. Coordinate internally and externally in English.
7. Travel overseas (mainly to China) will be required.


 1. 7+ Professional leadership experience with proven sales/marketing/account management background.
2. Experience managing and developing a sales/account management team of 5 or more.
3. Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions.
4. Problem-solving passion and service orientation.
5. High level English skill within speaking, writing and reading (Need to attend the meeting held in English and contribute to documents written in English).
6. Fluent Japanese.
