1. Assist with Program Coordinators (client and customer service, project coordinating)
2. Ensure excellent customer service and technical support for internal teams and external
customers
3. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical and non-technical support
4. Deliver the best solution to meet your customer’s needs
5. Walking the customer through the problem-solving process
