1. Establish consultative and trusted relationships with top clients
2. Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and serve as the escalation point person
3. Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
4. Recruit a team of best in class Account Managers
5. Understand client business goals and translate into execution plans
7. Drive the process of quarterly business reviews and check in points with key clients
6. Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully leverage Datorama to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals


1. Digital marketing experience
2. 8-10 years of proven success managing client relationships in digital/SaaS technology or consulting experience in high-tech or advertising/marketing environment
3. Strong track record of building teams
4. Strong drive to make clients successful
5. Demonstrated success working with agency customers and growing their business.
6. Solid commercial and financial awareness of complex measurement and metrics for customer retention and up-sell
7. Superior client service and relationship skills
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to create an operations plan and processes that will scale
10. Previous commercial experience within the SaaS sector
11. Deep expertise in data analytics will be plus
12. English (Fluent)
