1. Lead cross-functional teams to define and execute innovative ideas
2. Own the partner marketing relationship with our partners in Japan
3. Manage a team of 3 in a working culture of freedom and responsibility
4. Work closely with the business development team to provide seamless support to partners
5. Manage brand and our studio partners content in this often complicated space
6. Activate deals by developing and launching creative partner marketing programs that advance exposure for our content or the brand in a way that also benefits our partners.
7. Represent Japan Partner marketing among internal constituents on the product and business development teams.


1.12+ years of experience in a marketing function, ideally partner facing.
2. Knowledge of the consumer electronics and telco market in Japan.
3. Fluency in English and Japanese is a must.
4. Previous Studio/Pay TV/Gaming experience is a strong plus.
5. Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner
relationships to programs that impact the business.
6. Experience and passion for building great partner marketing programs that are unique and scalable.
